Have a completed contract that was signed outside of the platform? We support this! There are two main scenarios that this can occur in, and we've made sure to cover both of them in detail below.

Scenario 1

You sent a Signature Request through PactSafe, but the customer printed the Contract to sign it.  

  1. Find the Signature Request in your dashboard.
  2. Pause the Signature Request.
  3. Click Mark as Complete.
  4. Upload a PDF of the completed record.
  5. Set the Signer's date of completion.
  6. Check I agree and certify that the above information is true and valid.
  7. Click Complete.

Scenario 2

You have a document that was completed outside of the platform, but a request was never sent through PactSafe.  

  1. Create a new request.
  2. Assign Signers.
  3. Upload a PDF of the completed Contract and lock it.
  4. Click Mark as Complete.
  5. Check This is the record that was accepted.
  6. Set signer(s) date of completion.
  7. Check I agree and certify that the above information is true and valid.
  8. Click Complete.
